I have had several people contact me and ask, "'why don't you have pictures of your family?" The only answere I can give is I was just thinking of every one and every thing else about Coalwood. Our family made as many memories as the next family in Coalwood, so here we are.

Dad was proud of his garden and every one in Coalwood enjoyed the harvest. Dad always raised more than we could ever use. Dad had several gardens in town and all were well hoed, weeds were not allowed.
Birthdays were a BIG DEAL at our house.
42 Years of service with Miss Olga. He was as proud of it as we were.

Mom's door was always open and the coffee was always hot. If you were man enough to drink it .
